Holiday Cottage Description

Step inside this easy living one level cottage and straight away you will find a well thought out space that has everything you could possibly need.  At the doorway, drop off your coats and boots, the hallway then leads you into a spacious contemporary glossy white kitchen, with an electric oven, hob and microwave, an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, an integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher and all the equipment you need to cook up an amazing meal.  At the centre of this spacious bright room there is a large table which you can gather round to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view as the backdrop.

On warmer days, open the French doors that lead on to the patio which is a great space for a spot for al-fresco dining or a sizzling summer BBQ.  Then crack open a bottle of bubbly for the perfect summer evening enjoying the views of the Snowdonia Mountain Range.

From the kitchen another set of French doors will lead you into the lounge with comfy leather sofas and easy chair in which you can relax to watch the 40” TV/DVD with Freeview or enjoy a bottle of wine in front of the contemporary wall mounted electric fire, which gives the room a modern but cosy flourish.

Both bedrooms lead off the hallway, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.  To the right the double bedroom has a king size bed, TV and the en-suite includes a shower/jacuzzi bath to enjoy a soak after a day hiking a toilet and basin.  To the left the twin room has 3ft beds, with a shower, toilet and basin.  The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated to carry through the contemporary theme of this cottage, and the furnishings and finishing touches carefully chosen to create relaxing spaces for the perfect night’s sleep.

Walkers & cyclists are welcome, and lockable storage is available for mountain bikes. For dog owners there is a secure 3 acre fenced field where you can exercise and walk your dog - 1 well behaved dog is welcome in the cottage.
